Exterior Repaints
The exterior of a house should be repainted every 5 to 10 years to help protect against costly repairs. It also can increases salability, brings a fresh look, and fresh vibe to your home. Our exterior repaint process starts by pressuring washing away all the grime and dirt that has built up over the years. We make sure to replace any boards and siding that are rotted. Next we scrape, sand, and prime all areas to remove flaky paint and cut out and re-caulk any areas as needed. Now, it is time to cover up all the doors, windows or anything that we don't want covered in paint. After all that prep work, we can now start the fun part... painting! We cover your house with whatever excellent color you have decided on. Once that dries, we finish with painting the trim, any accent colors, and doors. The process generally takes 3 days to a week depending on the condition and size of the project. Once completed, we'll do a final work-through with you to ensure everything is just right.
Interior Repaints
It always feels good to bring a fresh vibe into your home. Changing the color in a couple rooms to repainting all the walls, ceiling, woodwork (trim) and cabinets can really make an incredible difference to the feel your home brings you. Our process involves some pretty meticulous steps. We first start by masking up anything that we don't want covered in paint like the floor. We repair any drywall holes and make sure the texture blends in with the rest of the walls. To ensure the woodwork and cabinets look amazing, we fix imperfections like dents and dings with fillers like bondo. We sand down everything so it's nice and smooth to make it look brand new. It is a tedious process, but it is worth it to have stunning cabinets and woodwork. The average time to repaint all the walls, ceilings, and woodwork is roughly 1 to 3 weeks depending on the condition and size of your home.
New Construction
Building a home is exciting. Whether you're a homeowner or a builder, we can help make the project a breeze. From exteriors to walls to woodwork to cabinets to handrails, we got you covered. Most projects come:
One exterior body color
One exterior trim color
One exterior accent color (such as a gable or door)
One interior woodwork color

built into the quote. To complete both the exterior and interior, we generally plan for 2 to 3 weeks depending on the complexity and size of the house.

All projects also come with a touch up at the completion of the house and a one year touch up for the homeowner.
